O Melhor / The Best

O melhor aplicativo para Twitter! Perfeito! Fácil de gerenciar os perfis, visualizar as fotos e tweets e sincroniza entre todos os Echofons (Firefox, iPhone e iPad). Não troco por nada! The best Twitter application! Perfect! Easy managment for profile changes, see the pics and tweets! And sync between Echofons (Firefox, iPhone and iPad)! I dont change for anything!

Very nice Twitter-Application

I use Echofon on my phone since a while, so I purchased the mac-version. I use echofon with three different twitter-accounts. The interface is very comfortable, thin and close to the phone-version in terms of usability. Seeing conversations beside the timeline and the sync between Mac and Phone is also very nice.

No transition for 1.6-version

Ive purchased the new version because 1.6 stopped working today. But this new version _does_ not import the settings from the previous 1.6 version…. Before Ill start recreating everything from scratch Im going to evaluate alternatives. Sorry.

Dark Mode / Night Mode please!

I am missing it on Mac OS, iOS already has it!

Excellent Twitter app

I spent months wishing I could sync my "place" on Twitter across my various devices and computers until I found Echofon. Its definitely the apps "killer feature". PROS: clean interface, syncing across multiple devices CONS: a little pricey for a Twitter client

Clean and Robust

This twitter client is much better than you see at first. Dont let the simplistic layout of it fool you, it has all the features youll want in a client. Inline pics are handled nicely when you click on them. Clicking an avatar brings up a very nice screen so you can see everything about that person. I wish it had auto-expansion of long tweets right in the timeline instead of having to link to an external browser. I wish it colored tweets that had my name in them. Other than that, perfect!

This Stupid App Was Okay

I have always used Echofon and now it constantly freezes! How about updating it to work properly with Sierra.

Opening drawers is still annoying me...

I dont want the drawer to open automatically when clicking any part of body of texts. I often read texts with selecting some texts, so the current drawer opening feature annoys me a lot. Please put a preference option for choosing whether opening drawers when clicking body of texts, or put a small button for each tweet to open and show the detail of the tweet and its relative tweets. I really appreciate and love the simple interface of Echofon from the beginning very much. Thank you!

もうちょっとで、最高のクライアントなのに…Ver.1.8.3

Ver.1.8.x の drawer 表示が邪魔で使いにくくて、ずっと Ver.1.7.0 を使い続けていましす。 そして、この度の Ver.1.8.3 での、 "* Changed to not open the drawer when clicking on a tweet, this restores the original behavior prior to 1.8.0” ”* Double clicking on a tweet in the white space at the bottom to the right of the source string will open the tweet in the drawer” ↑この改善を待ってました!最高に嬉しい改善です。 しかし、やっと乗り換えられるか…と思ったのですが、一部のツイートが途中で改行され、右側に無駄なスーペースが表示される不具合は直ってないようで、まだしばらく Ver.1.7.0 を使い続ける事になりそうです。

Sync of Echofon

i like how Echofon for Mac App Store stays in sync with the iOS version of Echofon it works great.

First class Twitter app

This is a great app and is a fine complement to Echofon Pro for iOS. The app has all the core features: shows geotagged tweets, conversation view, and inline picture viewing. It natively supports Plixi, Instagram, yFrog, Twitpic, picplz, and Flickr (and probably more). It also syncs with your iPhone or iPad, where it jumps to where you left off on your iPhone (and vice versa). Its not perfect, though. Id like to have the option to see the real name as opposed to the username. Scrolling judders a little (Twitter, by contrast, is smooth as silk). Also, $20 is a lot (but hey, I bought it). Twitter is $0 and Twitteriffic is $10. $20 by comparison is exorbitant. But, I like all the features and the iPhone syncing so it was worth it to me. Id also like gesture support a la Twitter for Mac.

Worth the Pricetag

At first, I thought 20 bucks was a bit much to ask for a Twitter client, but after using the free version for a while, I was hooked on it, especially the feature to mute users or hashtags. Ive been looking for the perfect Twitter client that fits what *I* need for a while, and I feel like finally Ive found it. It was definitely worth buying the full app for me to support the developers of this great app. Try the lite version, and if you like it, seriously consider supporting these guys.

Perfect with just one feature lacking

I love this Twitter app. I now use it on my iPad, iPhone and Mac. The only problem is there is no Reply All feature on the Mac. If they fixed this, it would be worth every penny and by far the best twitter app out there.

Good, but does not sync like it should

Great twitter app, but it does not sync like it says it will! I mean I have deleted and reinstalled everything on mac, iphone and ipad, contacted echofon they did what they had to do on their end and still not syncing! You figure for twenty bucks it would work with syncing, but it doesnt! Other than that its a great app, I really dont believe its worth $20 though! I mean come on Twitter is free and some are 99 cents! Since really all this does is get rid of ads, from the lite verison! If your looking to get this app along with ipad and iphone for syncing I wouldnt do it especially since this app is $20 and it doesnt work!

Great Twitter client

I love this app and I just upgraded from the free version because its well worth the $20. Love the fact that Echofon has nice scalable fonts for us older dudes. I only wish it looked as pretty as Twitterrific, but that isnt a big deal to me. The live feed is great, albeit a little hectic for me with all my followers. Also, I wish the tweet entry box was larger. Perfect app. Buy it.

Finally caved to buy this.

I had the Sparkle updater version for the longest time and I kept promising "Im going to buy this someday, Im going to buy this" and Ive finally kind of had it with accidentally clicking on the ads. You win, naan. I love you guys. Echofon is my most used app on both Mac and iOS. I love how far its gone and what it has become. Please keep it up. Someone mentioned in a previous version review that there isnt a "reply all" function. I checked my Sparkle version, MAS Lite, and this one. Its a contextual menu option. Right click and hit "reply all". Update! 1.4.9: I like what you did with the tab bar, but I dont understand the "international hash tags support". I thought it was finally being able to choose which region I can see trending topics in, like the iOS Echofon. Still, I love the new tab bar design.

Almost perfect

only thing missing is full screen support for lion

Best overall support for Twitter features.

Echofon may look a little simple. And it may have a goofy name. And its interface isnt redefining any user interaction paradigms. But its still the only twitter client Ive found that brings together everything I want: • Simple management of multiple twitter accounts. • Great support for retweets, replies, and conversation threading. • Fantastic list support. • Robust support for searches and saved searches. • Excellent notification options including dock badges, menu bar highlights, and growl support (even 3.0!) • Easy navigation of twitter profiles, websites, etc. • "quickview" like previews of attached pictures, etc. • A minimalist interface that gives maximum space to tweets, yet doesnt require menu or keyboard commands to use, always shows a box to enter a tweet in, and easily fades into the background when I need to get real work done. About the only thing it doesnt support is @name completion, which can be a drag. But Ive tried every other client out there, and all are missing one or many of the above features. So I always come back to Echofon. Theres a free version, too, and its full-featured. It just displays ads. If thats your thing, check it out!

Good but...

I like the app but it seems to be difficult to mention people on it…you have to take an extra step or two in order to mention someone compared to other apps.

Great, balanced Twitter client

I use this on an 11" MBA and it shrinks down nicely without leaving out power features like lists, streaming API, and timeline syncing (if you use echofon on another platform like iPad). Handles multiple accounts with ease and can even insert a screen shot without having to use an external app. I really wish though that there was some way it would hide itself when its not focused and automatically show itself when I hover over it. Regardless, great client, way better than Twitters or any other client Ive used.
